Our unique wellness approach focuses on nervous system regulation and enhanced overall wellbeing. We do this through a diverse array of workshops, practices and activities designed to harmonize mind, body and soul all delivered around our amazing coastal environment. We embrace the healing power of the coast, where the rhythmic sound of waves and the fresh ocean breeze create an ideal backdrop for our well-being practices. Our activities fully harness the benefits of the sea and the saltwater and sandy shores provide a natural sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, promoting emotional balance and reducing stress. Bluemind Sensory Stimulation

Bluemind sensory stimulation workshops provide our particants with an understanding of the sensory system and how to engage it for optimal wellbeing and nervous system regulation.

Bluemind Somatic and Muscle movement

Bluemind somatic and muscle movement looks at the benefits of movement for the musculoskeletal system including nerves and sensors and the positive effect it can have on our nervous system

Bluemind Nervous System and wellbeing workshops

Our Bluemind workshops provides our participants with a understanding of the science behind our nervous system and wellbeing and why we feel how we feel or why react in a particular way to a certain situation. It also covers bluemind which is the positive impact being around the ocean or around water can have on our wellbeing

Bluemind Breathwork

Our participants will gain an understanding of the science behind breathwork, how to use it, what the benefits are and we also guide our participants in Pranayama breath technique during their time with us and when they get back to their daily lives.

Bluemind Mindfulness

Our participants will gain an understanding of the science behind mindfulness, how to use it, what the benefits are and we also guide our participants in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) technique during their time with us and when they get back to their daily lives

Bluemind Mindful Movement and Yoga

Our participants will gain an understanding of the science behind mindful movement and yoga , how to use it, what the benefits are and we also guide our participants in mindful movement and yoga sessions

Bluemind Vagal Toning

Our participants will gain and understanding of the science behind Vagal Toning and the Vagus nerve and how to engage the vagus nerve.

Bluemind Water Activities

Standup Paddleboarding can be both relaxing and invigorating at the same time depending on the ocean conditions. This activity for some people will push people outside their comfort which in turn will give a real sense of achievement. We also have breathing and mindfulness sessions on the boards. For those who are too nervous of the water, our shore activities are on offer. ​

Land Based Activities

Our Land Based Activities such as sand art and the ancient game of sand boules perfect for de-stressing and connecting to one’s self and connecting as a team.
