Refund and Returns Policy

Refund request or retreat date change request must be made 4 weeks in advance of the retreat date. Before booking please ensure you are available to attend the retreat on the selected day

If a refund request is made within 4 weeks of the booked date the following will apply:
– A refund can only be given if Bluemind Wellness can sell the reserved space that was originally booked. Bluemind Wellness may not be able to confirm this until 1 day before the retreat date.
– The booking can be transferred to someone else at any stage. If the booking is being transferred to someone else please advise Bluemind Wellness of the change and forward details of the person attending.
– If a refund is given at any stage, payment merchant fee’s (stripe) will be deducted from the total for the booking and refund transaction

If a retreat date change request is made within 4 weeks of the booked date the following will apply:
– A retreat date change request can only be facilitated if Bluemind Wellness can sell the space that was originally booked. Bluemind Wellness may not be able to confirm this until 1 day before the original retreat date
– If a retreat date change is agreed with Bluemind Wellness, we may not be able to confirm the new date availability until 3 days before the new date.

If Bluemind Wellness needs to cancel a retreat date a full refund will be given.

If a retreat date needs to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions then alternative dates will be provided to the customer. A refund would not be offered in this situation.

Bluemind Wellness will try to facilitate changes where possible
